RE: Your oath protecting the Constitution for The United States of America! Be NOTICED that Article VI of the Constitution for the United States of America dictates: “The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution;”. The oath you are under is to support “this Constitution” which is the one established at the formation of the U.S. and no other time. If you are not supporting the Constitution as the Founders established in 1787, then you are engaged in an act or acts of Treason, the penalty of which is death. I sincerely hope and trust that you will not engage in any act of treason against the United States of America and that you will execute your office and oath to uphold the Constitution for the United States of America as established at the formation of this great Nation in 1787. I want you to know that I will personally hold you accountable for upholding the sacred rights established by the Constitution for the United States of America and the first Thirteenth Amendments thereto that were properly ratified prior to 1819.

I have provided a judge with my acceptance of his offer to uphold his oath of office. he ignored it and refused to pay his bill due to me for the order he placed for me to pay.
