1) You are looking for contractors within the construction industry that make over $90,000 a year (eyeball it). Run The System. Find Roofers, Carpeters, Architets, Engineers, managers, drywallers, plumbers, even Realtors and everything in between including apraisers and morgage brokers, speculators. They all advertise just to hear what you are going to tell them.  I will give you 300 contractor leads each week to get you started but this even a 7 year old can google out so please google them out. ex: Architectual Firms in Chicago, lol. Frank has a good facebook strategy too that you should follow. ADDITIONALLY: A good example of a good prospect to approach is Matt Adams (http://adamschurches.com/sub_aboutus.html)  a prospect of mine that fell in love with the material and the whole thing that he lost his head and failed trying to do a very bad thing even though he builds churches, lol 😛

2) Assuming yo are talking to a roofer, tell you are a General Contractor and want to know if he can build roofs in the type of real estate you build, and if so, if he is interested on subcontracting all the roofs on the projets and for how much. Send them the one pager via email, facbook, or whtever they are on righ then and have them confirm receipt right there on the phone. Simple and professional, no sales nothing, business as usual. Just a General Contractor (you) looking to hire a Sub Contractor (them) and want to know if they are capable of performing work on your type projects. You are worth tens of thousands to these guys even if for just one residential (house) roofing job. Tell them you will give them access to our website where there are pictures and videos of our buildings, they will robotically agree but constitutes permission thus we NEVER SPAM and sign up 100% of our prospects.

3) Go to your affiliate link (after clearing your browsing data) and sign them up as if you were them, they just gave you permision to do so, and you already sent them the one pager which they confirmed receipt already. They took the bait, now wait so they swallow, they will, 3 days from now , same time, call them and ask if they can build on roofs on superhomes. Obviously they will say they can because it is obvious that they can but you are just feeling him out to see if he has interest in the building material or can`y see farther than a roofing job so you know what to do with him. If they show interest and start asking questions, tell them to create a numbered list of 9 questions that you will give to me to answer. If they show no interest in the material, tell them you`ll contact them when you have a project in the area and get off the phonecall. Since you signed them up, I wil email them periodically in attempts to make them do somwething that will make you a lot of money.
