We talk percentages as amounts vary depending on the property.

1) The Seller

1a) The seller holds a note for 100% of the purchase price (Carleton Sheets Special), details and contracts during https://dariobusch.com/realestatefunnel training.

1b) The Seller holds a note for 10%-20% and you get a bank loan for 80%-90% loan, details during https://dariobusch.com/realestatefunnel training.

1c) The Seller leases the property to you with an option to buy and you sublease it with an option to buy for a profit, details during https://dariobusch.com/realestatefunnel training.

2) Partner/Investor
